Welcome to the online edition of the Rainbow Guide - a magical connecton device right
in your hands. Hopefully, after the Gathering is over and everyone
has moved off the site, this Guide can help you stay connected with
those who have shared the Rainbow vision. The intention of this Guide
is to act as a historical record of Rainbow Gatherings past. By including
photographs and Family heartsongs, we hope to take you back to the
Gatherings of old. Also, by providing up-to-date information about
how to gather and where to make connections, we desire to inform our
Brothers and Sisters that may be new to our Family. Please use this
Guide creatively and kindly.
Family who did not receive a copy of the 2004 Rainbow
Guide at the California National Gathering and desiring one now -- especially anyone listed
in this edition -- should contact the Guide Stewards
and let us know. As we did not collect anywhere near the amount of funds needed to publish
our next edition, we are being careful to ship Guides ONLY to those we
are certain did not receive a copy. Drop us a line and we'll be sure
to send one right out. As always, your donations will
help us get the remaining Guides into everyones' hands.
A short explanation of the purpose of this Guide will
hopefully prevent missed connections & misconceptions.
The Rainbow Guide is not authorized by or affiliated with any group
of individuals other than those who staffed or contributed to The Rainbow
Guide itself. The Guide is an independent publication, not affiliated with the congregation
of people known as the Rainbow Family Gathering of the Tribes, or
the Rainbow Gathering for Peace and Healing, or any number of other names.
The Guide is not, and could not, be authorized by Vision Council.
Like all Rainbow Councils, Vision Council is an advisory circle with
no authority, although the sacred nature of council decisons is generally honored.

The Rainbow Guide is a freely printed publication
of Rainbow friends, tribes, communities and co-ops world over, and
has been in public circulation for many years. This heartsong is
an effort of free love supported by many peoples' Volunteer energy
and funded by kind contributions to help make it all happen in
a beauty way. Each couple of years focalization of the Rainbow
Guide passes to a new family tribe to continue the vibration and spread
the love of a family united as one. For the forseeable future, the "tribe" overseeing
the Guide is now a virtual one, and consists of folks all over the country
-- and can involve folks all over the world -- including you!!!.
